Return/Refund Policy

With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item. If payment is made with a credit card, card will be charged back for reimbursement. If a gift card is used, refund will be make via check within 10 business days. 

Damaged/Defective Item

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect items may be returned. If the package appears to have received damage beyond normal wear of shipping method, we ask that the package NOT be opened and contact us immediately by calling 440-279-0325 or email We will then provide instruction on next steps within 24-hours.
